DioxiGuard™ Spray Disinfectant kills all surface bacteria, viruses, fungus and yeast in one minute, in vitro. The spray bottle mixes two parts for ease of application, releasing active chlorine dioxide. DioxiGuard may be sprayed on animals for disinfection and odor removal. It is environmentally safe and effective.

DioxiGuard™ Spray Disinfectant with DioxiCare® - the ACTIVE Chlorine Dioxide System - acts immediately in disinfecting the surface in which it is applied as well as removal of odor. DioxiGuard™ disinfects and neutralizes by oxidation, rather than masking odors. The spray is not harmful to humans, animals or the environment.

Chlorine Dioxide Disinfects and Sanitizes Surfaces Quickly

Chlorine Dioxide exists as a gas in water. It can kill bacteria, fungi, algae, viruses and spores when in contact with these organisms from a few seconds to a few minutes.  DioxiGuard™ spray disinfectant and contact surface sanitizer is different in the WAY it destroys pathogens

Active chlorine dioxide exists as a gas in water. It is absorbed into the bacteria, fungi, algae, viruses, etc. cells instead of having to break down the cell wall, creating breaches for the leakage of cell contents and interfering with the transport of nutrients.  This allows for a rapid, almost immediate kill.  Perhaps the biggest advantage of chlorine dioxide over other sanitizers is that bacteria cannot develop a resistance to it.

Most sanitizers and disinfectants claim to be a deodorizer by controlling the odor causing bacteria. However, these products are not capable of eliminating the odors that already formed like DioxiGuard™ chlorine dioxide spray disinfectant does. Many disinfectants are also different from chlorine dioxide biocides in that the latter are intended to destroy all forms of life, not just micro-organisms. Chlorine dioxide spray disinfectants are frequently used in hospitals, dental surgeries, kitchens, and bathrooms to kill infectious organisms.
