Toenail Fungus Treatment | Nail Fungal Remedies [NI/8SB]

Toenail Fungus Treatment | Nail Fungal Remedies [NI/8SB] $19.00

Nail-It™ Toenail Fungus Treatment for Nail Fungal Infection, Clearing up Nail Discoloration and Deformities

Toenail fungus is a fairly common disease affecting about 30 million or more Americans. Toenail fungus infections are more common in men than women and in the elderly than the young. Toenail fungus, known as 'onychomycosis' in medical terminology, is a very common problem and affects about half of Americans by the age of 70. The statistical increase with age is likely due to accumulated injury and trauma to the feet and toes, and also due to much slower growing nails as we age.

Symptoms of Toenail Fungus

Symptoms of toenail fungus, which can be caused by several types of fungi, include:

 • Accumulation of smelly debris under the toenail
 • Thickening of the affected toenails
 • Yellow or brown discoloration of the toenails
 • Crumbling and ragged toenails
 • Loosening (detaching) of the toenail
 • Appearance of spots on the sides of toenail

Facts About Nail-It™ Toenail Fungus Treatment

 • Kills all toenail microorganisms in minutes, in vitro (in the lab)
 • Penetrates and softens the tough debris below the toenail
 • Brush-applied clear liquid disappears in seconds
 • Softens the toenail and the keratin/bacteria detritus residue material
 • Toenail fungus is hardy, most other medications don't eradicate it or permeate the area
 • Fungus usually begins at the tip of the toenail and progresses toward the cuticle, unless halted
 • Attacks T. Rubrum… the most common fungus and bacteria too
 • Fungus of the toenail effects over 30 million people… especially the elderly
 • Applying Nail-It to toenail fungus is easy and may be used at any stage of the disease
 • Good results are seen in 3 or 4 applications, and likely have a clear nail in a few months if the infection is less than 10 years old

Causes of Toenail Fungus

A group of nail fungus called dermatophytes is the main cause behind this toenail fungal infection. Pathogens that cause toenail fungus infection usually enter the skin through tiny cuts or small separations between the nail and nail bed. The toenail fungus grows when the nail provides a suitably warm and moist environment inside the patient's socks and shoes.

You may get affected by the toenail fungus in damp conditions at places like public gyms, shower stalls or swimming pools, and can be passed among family members. Toenail fungus can, and usually does, spread from one toe to another. Athletes and people who give trauma to their toe by wearing tight-fitting shoes or tight hosiery are at great risk of toe nail fungus.

Other reasons may be abnormal pH level of the skin, not drying off the feet thoroughly after bathing or exercise, and reduced immunity. Diabetics have an increased risk of contracting a toenail fungus because their immune system is compromised.

Toenail Fungus Treatment Steps

The Nail-It™ toenail fungus treatment liquid should be placed at the edge of the nail, on the main body of the nail, and also on the skin just below and at the side of the nail. Some clearing and benefit will be seen in about two weeks. The affected nail may lose all infection in a few months, but the obvious deformity will persist until the new nail grows in, which may take 6 months to a year.

Some itching or irritation may occur if the toenail fungus is deactivated too fast. Because of this, it is best to apply the liquid sparingly the first few times, and wait 5 days after each application. When no itching or irritation appears in a few days after application, apply Nail-It daily. If itching or irritation does occur, continue to apply Nail-It toenail fungal remover sparingly.

If irritation appears, it can be alleviated by placing the toe or toes under warm running water for a few minutes. The warmer the water, the better.

If a few applications of Nail-It toenail fungus liquid are placed on the edge of the infected nail before taking a bath or shower, some of the nail fungus or detritus at the edge of the nail may be scraped away with your finger nail. Wait about 5 minutes after drying the foot and wash your hands thoroughly.

The Nail-It™ toenail fungus remover includes a small brush applicator that must be washed after each use.
